Training

We offer practical training in project management, monitoring and evaluation, strategy and proposal writing, and AI skills.

Each course is designed to support real project work, with clear tools and approaches that can be applied immediately. Explore the course areas below to find the training that best fits your role and experience. Each course area is made up of short, modular courses that can be taken on their own or combined over time to build skills step by step.

Every course is available either in person or online. In‑person training is usually delivered as a three‑day intensive, while online courses run as short weekly sessions over around ten weeks—making it easier to fit learning around busy project work.

Learning doesn’t begin and end in the training sessions. Before each course, we share key information and a few short questions so we can tailor examples to your context. During and after the course, we encourage you to apply the tools in your day‑to‑day work, with optional follow‑up support and coaching available.
